Consent

A consent record on every single lead.

Not a checkbox on a form. A timestamped record you can produce for one named person, months later — double opt-in unless you choose otherwise.

The visitor gives their details

At your stand, on your form. Above the button is your consent text — your words, not ours. We store that exact wording and its version number alongside the lead, so a record from day one is still reconstructible after you have edited the form on day three.

An email goes out immediately

Branded as you, from the moment the lead is captured. It names your company, says what they agreed to, and carries one link. Nothing is claimed on their behalf until they follow it.

They confirm — and that is the record

One tap stamps the confirmation time and the IP address it came from. That turns a claimed consent into a double opt-in one, which is the version that survives being questioned.

Or the tick at the stand is the consent

Per event, you can switch to a notice email: it tells the visitor what was kept and how to stop, and nothing waits on a click. The GDPR allows it — the tick is a clear affirmative action — but nothing proves the address was typed correctly, so the record is weaker and says so. Confirmed is the default.

You can produce it, per person, with a date

Every export carries the consent columns. If an authority or a visitor asks how you got a contact, the answer is a row rather than a recollection.
